A Note from Mrs. Melissa

My Heart for Kids Ministry - My heart for kids ministry is rooted in a deep desire to see every child grow in their confidence in Christ. My driving purpose is to help each child know who they are in Him and to provide opportunities for them to develop leadership skills that will equip them to be bold, faithful leaders in the world around them.

I’m passionate about creating a vibrant and exciting ministry that kids love to be part of—and that families feel connected to. It brings me so much joy to see children accept Christ as their Savior, grow in their faith, and learn how to boldly share the Gospel with their friends.

I also believe in giving kids space to lead—whether that’s through worship, greeting, leading, or serving. I want them to know they have a place and a purpose in the church today, not just in the future.

Together, let’s raise up a generation of kids who love Jesus, live for Him, and lead with confidence!

Sunday Mornings

Sunday School is a special time of age-graded Bible study that includes fun crafts and engaging activities every week from 9:45-10:45am. We use The Gospel Project curriculum in each grade level to help kids see how the whole Bible points to Jesus.

The Rally Room opens before class for Kindergarten – 5th grade kids to enjoy games and connect with friends. At 9:45am, we begin with a large group rally featuring a fun worship time and announcements.

By 9:55 am, teachers will lead their classes to individual rooms for small group Bible study.

Midweek Groups

Wednesday nights are the place to be for Kindergarten through 5th grade! Kindergarten–2nd graders will have a blast in Club K–2, where they’ll enjoy an exciting classroom experience filled with Bible lessons, games, and crafts. Their night wraps up with high-energy worship and fun in Kids Jam in the Kids Rally Room!

3rd–5th graders meet in Studio 3.4.5 in the Kids Rally Room for large group fun—games, worship, and a dynamic Bible lesson—before transitioning into Track Time, where they participate in a specialized class of their choice for the entire semester! See our tracks below!
