Our Staff

Lauren joined the FHBC staff in January 2023.  Originally from Nacogdoches, Texas, she has a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, as well as a Masters in Christian Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  In previous roles, Lauren served at the Glade Church (Mt. Juliet, TN), Prestonwood Baptist Church (Plano, TX), and Clearview Baptist Church (Franklin, TN).

Why do you have a heart for the ministry/ministries you serve at FHBC?
"I love the Kids Ministry because it is a multigenerational ministry.  We have students, young adults, parents, single adults and senior adults all coming together to see children treasuring Jesus."
