… Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
John 13:34-35
Do youfind yourself in the middle of your life, parents and kids, career, and paying off your mortgage? Or do you find yourself caught in the middle of a foreclosure, pursuing a degree, ex-spouses, searching for a job, caregiving, or huge debt? Any of these sound like you? These and much more describe what we are all going through during these middle years. How about finding a place in the middle of a group to live life with? That’s what our Adults in the Middle (AIM) Ministry is all about at Forest Hills Baptist Church.
Our aim is to live life-in-the-middle with each other. Our ministry is small group driven so that we can easily connect with other people on the same journey. We have 16 groups that meet on Sunday morning during Sunday School and a variety of short-term DiscipleLife groups that meet Sunday evenings and throughout the week. We have targeted groups for single adults, couples, men, women, and groups made up of all of these. You have lots of choices at Forest Hills Baptist Church!
What are you waiting for? First, check out the Sunday Morning Groups and find one that matches your style of Bible study and fellowship. Then, check out the DiscipleLife Group opportunities—at least once during the year, find one that matches an interest you have to deepen your faith walk with Jesus Christ.
We can’t wait to meet you and get to know you! For more information, call Todd Young, FHBC Associate Pastor of Education and Activities at 615-296-9273 or email toddyoung@fhbc.org.
